Antique Inro Signed Mei Kajikawa
A beautifully hand crafted and lacquered four case Inro from the mid 1800s. Signed on the Inro and Netsuke by Mei Kajimawa and finished in Black and Gold Urushi Lacquer with Spring and Autumn flowers.
Featuring Spring Oyster Butterfly Cherry Blossoms on one side and Autumn Bell Flowers on the other in Gold Urushi Lacquer. Also featuring a hand carved Boxwood Netsuke signed by Mei Kajikawa and based on an old Japanese story called Bunkuku Tyagama of a Racoon Dog which turned into a tea kettle.
