1840s Japanese Imari Tea Ceremony Plates

Two very beautiful Antique Japanese Imari tea ceremony plates from the mid Edo era circa 1820s to 1850s.

Intricate and delicately hand painted with motifs featuring 24 carat gold pigment. Excellent condition for their age.

Approximate Dimensions of each plate are 4.7 inches diameter and the weight of both plates is 250 grams.
